Residents at St. Clair Health and Rehabilitation in Cook Springs participated recently in a decorating contest. According to activities director April Roddam, residents had two weeks to decorate their doors in advance of the judging, which took place Wednesday, Dec. 16.
“The residents give us ideas for themes to use,” Roddam said. “The staff helps them decorate the doors and the residents love it.”
Gail Bunt and Faye Howard from the Cook Springs Fire Department served as judges, along with County Commissioner Jimmy Roberts. They selected two Elvis-themed doors as first-and-second-place winners, among 35 entries.
