Olivia Reaves is a first-grade student at Odenville Elementary School. She is the 6-year-old daughter of Scott and Christy Reaves of Leeds. She has one brother Garrett, 19, a graduate of Hewitt-Trussville High School, and one sister, Skylar, 16, a junior at Hewitt-Trussville High School.

Olivia went to kindergarten last year at OES. Her teacher was Maribeth Cobb. This year, her first-grade teacher is Mary Ellen Butterworth.

Last year, she enjoyed coloring at school. She also loves to read. Her favorite color is pink. As a matter of fact, she has a pink cast on her left arm after she fell and broke her arm on a Wii controller.

Olivia also takes gymnastics, and loves music. She enjoys singing and dancing.

Even though she is only 6, Olivia already knows what she wants to be when she grows up.

“I want to be a sea diver, and see a whale shark,” she said. “I want to be a deep sea diver and take pictures of all the sea creatures.”

Olivia is already a world traveler as she has visited Jamaica twice, been to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., Chattanooga, Orange Beach twice, and Disney World twice.

“I love Jamaica because I want to live there,” she said. “I won a dance contest when I was there the second time.”
