I commend Victory Christian School on the recent hiring of Raymond Farmer as their new head football coach. Every school where he has coached won the majority of its games, and has been continually in state playoffs, and won many of them.
He has coached such players as Freddie Kitchens, who went on to play for Alabama, and Carnell “Cadillac” Williams, who played for Auburn. Many others also went on to play at the college level.
If the players, parents and school administrators at V.C.S. support Coach Farmer, and do everything that he asks of them, V.C.S. will advance to a higher level in football. They remind me of Briarwood Christian right before that program took off to the pinnacle where it is today.
I can think of no one more experienced or qualified to coach them to new heights than Coach Farmer. This is Victory Christian School’s lucky day in football endeavors.
