
Members of Springville’s “Deep End Diners” met Monday night at The Shack, at its new location on Purple Heart Boulevard. The group is made up of adventurous eaters from around the area, and restaurant owner James Grigsby prepares dishes from around the world as part of the experience. Monday’s menu also featured wheat la coche, housemade hogshead cheese, ceviche (salad made from shrimp and tilapia) and chicha, a drink made from corn.
