The Leeds Chamber of Commerce honored Samantha Austin, of Leeds Middle School, as its Teacher of the Month for October. With her are education chairwoman Vicky Dean and Gary Owen of Goodwyn Mills and Caywood, who sponsors the $100 check awarded to Austin for the honor.
