• Hardins Chapel (472-3116, 7704 Ala. 144, Ragland). Requested that if there are groups that are doing various work in the county (such as Alabama Power) who go to Hardins Chapel to eat, that they try to give the staff at the church a pretty good advance notice, and they would also like to know how many are in a group if groups are going to be showing up there for meals.
• Harvest Center Church (338-2853, 3207 8th Ave. N, Pell City) — Distribution center for non-perishable items and clothing.
• Victory Christian (church reception office) — distributing various basic need items (toilet paper, diapers, etc). Will be open 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday.
• Pell City First Baptist Church (distribution site behind Jack's in the "bus barn") — Items available: diapers, water, formula, wipes, non-perishable food items, ice.
• Steele United Methodist Church (256-538-2409, 3375 Pope Avenue, Steele) - distributing various items.
• Good Shepherd Mission (2004 Cogswell Avenue) - distributing clothing.
• Elijah's Barrel - (338-0088, 2006 Cogswell Avenue) distributing clothing.
• Christian Love Pantry (located in Pell City between courthouse & Rexall Drugs) - distributing food.

DONATIONS: The biggest need from the public is financial donations for long-term recovery. Suggested organizations for send donations:
• American Red Cross: www.alredcross.org. You can also text Red Cross (text 90999) to donate $10 — after you confirm your donation, you will receive a text and will be offered the option to specify your gift to support disaster relief to help those affected by tornadoes.
Financial donations can also be taken to the Red Cross Office in Pell City behind the courthouse (884-1221, 1616 Cogswell Ave.)
• St. Clair County Baptist Disaster Relief Team (594-5173): Cash/check donations can be sent to St. Clair County Baptist Association (P.O. Box 160, Ashville, AL 35953) - make sure to earmark donations for disaster relief or church feeding.
OTHER DONATIONS: Needs are constantly varying from place to place.
• Hardins Chapel (472-3116, 7704 Hwy 144, Ragland) - NO CLOTHING, need all food types (perishable and non-perishable), aluminum foil, rolls/bread (big cans, if possible), mayonnaise, Fixodent/anything for dentures.

• Pell City Animal Shelter (814-1567, 1071 Airport Road, Pell City) - Donations needed: crates/carriers for dogs and cats, bleach and cleaning products, old blankets and towels, DRY cat and dog food.
VOLUNTEERS

• Park Avenue Baptist Church (205-640-5279, 605 Park Avenue, Moody) — If individuals want to volunteer, call to get on the schedule.
COUNSELING
• Bethel Baptist Church (8332 Moody Parkway) - Will work to include individuals needing counseling into their outreach. Call 640-6553 or 640-3226. Counseling is on Tuesdays.
TETANUS VACCINATIONS: The Public Health Department will be administering tetanus vaccinations at the following locations:
• Bethany Baptist Church - 4086 Shoal Creek Road
— Saturday, May 7 from 8 a.m. until (no set ending time — however long there is a need)
• Moody First Baptist Church - 640-5328, 902 Church Street
— Friday, May 6 from 9:30 a.m. until as late as 5 p.m.
NURSING/FIRST AID STATION: Nursing station set up at the Alpha Ranch on Friday (May 6) and Saturday (May 7). The ranch is at the intersection of Alpha Ranch Road and St. Clair 22 (Shoal Creek Valley Road). A full first aid station will be provided. Someone will be present at the station around the clock.
TRANSPORTATION: St. Clair County Public Transportation is offering assistance if you need a ride to the store, doctor, etc. Call 338-1352.
