He is the 10-year-old son of Mike and Cindy Platts of Springville and Jason Worrell of Trussville. He has six brothers, Tyler, Chase, Jonathan, Hunter, Jamison and Andrew.
Worrell’s favorite subject is English while his favorite teacher is Tracy Ann Reece.
He makes all A’s and B’s on his report card.
Hobbies include playing basketball, baseball, football and soccer.
When he grows up Worrell would like to be a secret agent for the FBI. He hopes to attend the University of Alabama.
His advice to younger students would be to pay attention to the teachers and let learning be fun.
“If learning can be fun, kids will want to stay in school,” he said. “It’s important to follow the rules.”
